2025 UTS T4 Slips
UTS T4 slips will issue digital tax slips in the ADP portal and will mail a paper copy to your home.
The digital copies for 2025 will be available by February 23 on the ADP portal.
If you are having trouble accessing your ADP portal, please contact hr.staff@utschools.ca for help.
How to access your T4 on ADP portal:
Go to the tab: MYSELF-> PAY-> Tax Forms
If you have any questions regarding your T4 please email finance@utschools.ca.
Feedback on Student Late Procedure
Here is a link to the Student Late Procedure. We are continuing to iterate this policy, so please add any comments, questions, or suggestions by February 23, 2026. The finalized procedure will be shared at the March staff meeting.
Standby Coverage, for F1, F2 and S6 Classes and Instructions to S6 Students During Experiential Education Feb 23 -27
F1, F2 and S6 Teachers who are not away on Experiential Education Trips will be on Standby Coverage during their regularly scheduled classes.
If you teach a class with S6 students that also has students in another grade with whom you will be working, please let the main office know and please provide your attendance to the Main office during your class. Situations change and so we kindly request this again even through you may have done in during the S6 Coochiching trip in the fall.
If you teach a class with S6 students that has students in another grade but will not be working with the non-S6 students and you would like them to work quietly in the library, please let them know that they should check in at the Main office (for attendance) and then proceed immediately to the Evans Library to check in with Ms. Courtney.
Iftar Event
On March 3, 2026, the UTS Muslim Community Group will host an Iftar event in the multi-purpose room at UTS. This event is open to anyone in the community to mark the sunset during Ramadan, break fast, and join in a communal meal.
We hope to foster connection, charity, and interfaith understanding in this event. We ask attendees to bring a non-perishable food item for donation to a local food bank.
We will be serving a light meal. Time and space will be provided for those who wish to pray. People will have the option to create a celebration card with craft materials provided.

Website Photo and Video Shoot on March 2-4
We are excited to have an award-winning photo and video crew at UTS on March 2-4 to help tell the UTS story to curious families. We thank all the staff for your support in sharing your learning spaces! While you may see the crew moving around the school, no identifiable footage of students or staff will be published.
Teaching the Holocaust through Graphic Novels PD Opportunity
March 24, 2026, 5 - 8 p.m. at UTS
Join Facing History & Ourselves, in partnership with the Survivor–Centred Visual Narratives Project, for an engaging professional development workshop on teaching graphic novels of Holocaust survival. Cost is free. A light meal will be served. Find out more here.

UTS Charity Week
UTS Charity Week is coming up this March 23 to 27! A beloved annual tradition, the Student Outreach Coordinators and Student Ambassador Council plan a week-long fundraising drive to support a local charity. This year, we will be raising money for the Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital and Research Institute.
The Silent Auction returns this year. We are currently looking for donations to auction, ALL proceeds will go to charity! For ideas, see previous year's auction offerings here. Please drop your items off with Charline in the admissions office (Room 254). If you have any questions or would like to donate items but require a later drop off date, please email studentoutreachcoordinators@utschools.ca.

S6 Transitions Afternoon - March 2
All S6 students will be participating in on-site postsecondary transitions workshops during the afternoon of Monday, March 2, and S6 students will be engaged in activities from lunch through P5 that day.
