Psychological Health and Safety Survey Update

The Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) would like to provide an update on the staff survey that was circulated in December 2025. Thank you to everyone who participated and provided their thoughts/comments.

In the month of February, we will be synthesizing the data and developing recommendations. Once this step is completed, we will be sharing the results and the recommendations with the administrative team, union executives, and staff members.

JHSC appreciates your continued engagement and support. Please let your JHSC reps know if you have any questions. JHSC reps include Marisca Vanderkamp (BU), Liane Wylie (USW), Adi Sood (USW), Julie Martin and Christine Eno.

There are part-time and “flex” options designed for full-time working students, and we can also explore single course options if we have a group of interested staff around a specific topic.
