Don’s Den Funding Application Deadline
Tuesday November 19
For co-curriculars, student committees and organizations looking for additional funds, please note that Don’s Den applications close on Tuesday, November 19. Successful student applicants will be invited to pitch to a panel of alumni judges at the Don’s Den event on Thursday, December 5. If the group you supervise needs additional funding, share this form with your student leaders.
Please note, there other opportunities to apply for funding. Please see the form for additional deadlines.
Late Start
Wednesday, November 20
For teaching staff, this late start will be dedicated to the Department Collaborative Inquiry. Please connect with your department coordinator for details and sign up for your session here.
Operations staff can check with their supervisors about their responsibilities and schedule for this time. Please note that no students should be in the building until 10 a.m. unless directly supervised by a coach or a co-curricular staff supervisor.

Santa Claus Parade

Hear ye! Hear ye!
Come one, come all to the Santa Claus Parade viewing party on November 24, between 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. The parade kicks off at Christie Pits at 12:30 p.m. The school will be open and hot chocolate/donuts will be provided. Friends, family and little ones are all welcome to join the fun!

Course Selection Sessions on December 12 for F2, M3 and M4 students
Please take note for planning purposes if you teach F2, M3 or M4 students on Day 1.
On December 12, there will be full-period course selection sessions held in the auditorium for the following classes:
F2: Period 1 (Block D)
M3: Period 2 (Block E)
M4: Period 3 (Block A)
F2, M3 and M4 classes will attend these sessions with their respective teachers. If you are teaching one of these sections, please take attendance and promptly bring your class to the auditorium. The Guidance Team will reach out with additional details for specific teachers.
