Attendance on June 18
To help ensure accurate attendance on June 18th, we kindly ask that all Block A teachers submit attendance by 8:55 a.m. before accompanying their classes to the final assembly.
After the assembly, if any students return to Block A without having been marked present and do not have a late slip, please direct them to the Main Office.
We understand that tracking attendance on this day, in addition to managing shortened classes and final assessment, can be challenging, and we greatly appreciate your support in keeping things running smoothly.
Final Assembly June 18 and Yearbooks
Block A teachers will be accompanying their classes at 9 am. Yearbook distribution will follow the assembly during lunch at 11 am. Instructions about Yearbook distribution will be shared at the Final Assembly. Pick up will be in the following areas:

S5 in the MPR
S6 on Floor 1 by the elevator space.

Returning Summatives and Reporting June 18
Classes on June 18th are only 15 minutes long. Please return summative assessments only during the student’s scheduled block. With such limited time, it is important that students in the current block receive their teacher’s full attention.
Please review and complete all tasks outlined in the End-of-Term Checklist for Teachers – Academic Records & Student Feedback.
