2. Are you interested in being part of a working group (all staff welcome) who will: a) develop a scope and sequence for F1 to S5 learning at our school?; b) be part of planning and facilitating some of that learning?

Please respond on this form.

Enforcement of Mobile Device Policy

We have noticed an uptick in Senior students in particular (on upper floors) disregarding our mobile device policy.

This is a reminder to please enforce our policy in all areas of school life.

Notice for Staff Advisors of Student Clubs

Following the sharing of the Staff Advisor Duties and Procedures that Garry presented at the last staff meeting, please review these expectations with your clubs and teams, specifically the sections on Rooms Bookings and Communications.

We continue to have instances where student groups are using rooms without booking them, causing confusion and some groups are emailing information out to their peers without Staff Advisor approval.

Your help in clarifying the expectation is greatly appreciated.

This coming week has several significant events for our community, Monday January 27, 2025 is International Holocaust Remembrance Day and Wednesday January 29, 2025 is both National Day of Remembrance of the Quebec City Mosque Attack and Action Against Islamophobia and Lunar New Year. You can find related resources linked in the Google Calendar Events themselves. Find these events by adding the Faith and Observances Calendar to your Google Calendar.
